Hello creative friends! I hope you are having a great day, where I live we are snowed in again! I don’t mind being forced to stay home, it gives me more time to play with my new Gel Press plates!! I spent a few hours just playing and trying it out and I ended up with some pretty prints so decided to turn them into an art journal. Next time I will write a tutorial or make a process video for you. There are so many cool techniques I want to try or do!
For now I’m just showing you how they turned out.
I had planned to add layers of stamps and other medias but honestly, I like the journal just the way it is with a lot of room to write. In case you’re thinking that I have amazing hand writing, I cannot take credit for it. I typed everything up on the computer, printed it and then traced it on each page with carbon paper. I then traced it with a black marker and I love how it turned out.

It’s so fun and easy to use, I highly recommend it but just so you know, it’s addictive!!!
